Mybreakthrough coach then involves a process consisting of a full day breakthrough session followed by a short
series of one to one coaching sessions to move forward on actions to achieve goals.
Mentoring may be incorporated into the programme or may be used as a stand alone process to help build new skills and capabilities in a structured way.
