Q: What is coaching?
Coaching is a unique relationship that you enter into which provides space, time and support dedicated to you.
With coaching you have regular time set aside, as often as you choose, where the complete focus is on you,
on what you want and on how you can get it.
Q: What can I expect in a coaching session?
In our sessions I will listen to you on a verbal and non verbal level to really understand your issue
or subject. I will use questioning techniques to gain clarity and challenge you to explore options and
opportunities. I will support you in removing any interference or blocks and give you resources for success.
At the end of each session you will have a clear vision of the next steps on your goal and when you are
going to achieve them.
Q: When, where and how?
I prefer to coach face to face. I usually offer weekly or biweekly sessions and monthly can work
fine too. Four to eight sessions is ideal, but sometimes one session is all it takes. I
recommend booking four session packages, and it is entirely up to you.
